I work on computer and tablets 8 hours a day: Is a very common statement of the millennial in a world which has shrunk to the size of your smart phone. But this continuous realization is an eye health hazard.
-        - Exposure & dryness as we forget to blink

My eyes started burning as I stepped out for work today morning: Ambient air pollution with high levels & toxic gases coming from vehicular and industrial emissions or post festivity cracker burning along with lack of humidity can cause such discomforting symptoms. How can I protect my eye thus from digital strain:
- Take a break and close your eyes for few seconds or look in distinguish rather than shifting form one digital device to other
